Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Rehabilitation Consultant, responsible for identifying Return to Work barriers and designing programs to facilitate injured employees' return to the workforce.

This position is based in our Perth office, with regular travel required to a Regional Centre on a weekly to fortnightly basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace assessments to identify ergonomic and equipment-related hazards
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to develop effective solutions
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and management programs
  • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Travel regularly to support regional operations

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, or Physiotherapist qualification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
