Clinical Sales Support Specialist - Perth, Western Australia

Responsibilities
- Directly support the sales team and our customers in the Acute Care and Aged Care markets to ensure correct use of Arjo products, provide clinical support, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Develop, implement, and manage clinical education and training for new and existing customers.
- Engage in sales support and business development across the entire Arjo portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive customer outcomes in mobility, vascular therapies, and pressure injury prevention.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline (Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy), or nursing background is required.
- Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical organisation is preferred but not essential.
- Clinical knowledge in areas such as Manual Handling, Wound Care/Pressure Injury Prevention, Vascular Therapies, and Critical Care.
- Growth mindset, willingness to learn and improve personal and professional outcomes.
- Passion for educating others to improve mobility outcomes for customers' patients/residents.
- Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset; ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team in acute and aged care sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient computer and organisational skills; excellent time management, planning, and analytical abilities; energetic, highly motivated, and results-driven.

Requirements
