Regional Bid Manager Job Description

The Regional Bid Manager plays a key role in driving business growth and winning new opportunities. As a high-performing advisor, you will lead the preparation of high-value bids across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring alignment with technical leads, business development, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle – from opportunity assessment to proposal submission and post-bid reviews.
  • Develop compelling content to position the company as the consultant of choice in complex pursuits.
  • Build strong relationships across regions, ensuring alignment of resources and insights for each unique opportunity.
  • Influence win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process excellence.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leading and winning major bids in consulting or professional services, preferably within environmental, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience coordinating multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strategic thinking, exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
