Corporate Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Business Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Monitor restaurant performance through regular P&L analysis and drive initiatives for growth and profitability.
- Ensure The EJ Way standards are embedded to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Oversee the operational readiness of new restaurant openings, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Marketing, and L&D teams to align strategies and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and brand standards across all restaurants.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-site leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail.
Strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing P&L and operational KPIs.
A people-first leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience leading new site openings or operational projects is highly regarded.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor of Business or relevant diploma (desirable) or equivalent experience.
