Job Overview

This corporate business growth specialist role is focused on driving revenue expansion within the corporate sector. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to generate high-value leads and secure top-tier business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and manage accounts within the corporate sector to maximize returns.
  • Promote the area as a destination to boost business room nights through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Take a proactive and innovative approach to acquiring new corporate business, identifying opportunities and capitalizing on them.
  • Promote and sell the hotel's products and services, including Food and Beverage, to existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to establish clear systems for managing new business and its implementation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Maximize long-term returns for the hotel from both new and existing accounts by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Work with operational departments to implement systems that ensure outstanding customer service and encourage repeat business from managed accounts, building loyalty and driving retention.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to achieve the hotel's overall strategic goals, aligning efforts and resources to drive business growth and success.
