Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software. Ensuring seamless IT system performance, security, and reliability is essential for supporting organisational operations and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure
  • Administer cybersecurity platforms to prevent threats
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve complex issues
  • Lead technology projects to improve system performance and resilience
Requirements
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of three years' experience in systems administration or infrastructure support
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, asset management tools, and virtualisation technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong organisational, project management, and communication abilities
