Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to fill the Group Engineering Manager position within our organization.

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and function of multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance services, as well as managing contracts and resources. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance services.
  • Manage contracts and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on service delivery and financial management.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Facility Management or extensive experience in Facility Management.
  2. Proven experience in engineering, maintenance and asset management, including personnel/resource management, procurement, tendering and contract management.
  3. Proficiency in computer-based applications for activity, asset and finance management systems.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate schedules, risks and opportunities clearly.
  5. Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
