  • Provide exceptional customer service to in-house guests;
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner;
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures;
  • Assist with room allocations and maintenance requests;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and incident reports;
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or hotel environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Availability to work approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends;
