Front Office Coordinator Role

The role of a Front Office Coordinator is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our dental practice.

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression that sets the tone for their experience with our practice.
  • Lead a small team of two receptionists, reporting directly to the Practice Manager.
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, update patient records, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining seamless practice operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-end patient care by building rapport with clients in a friendly and warm manner.
  • Inform patients about dental services and offers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our practice's capabilities.
  • Handle payments securely, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

You will be available to work part-time on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Previous Dental Reception experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided. This role is suitable for senior receptionists looking to advance their careers or motivated self-starters in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a passion for customer service and patient care. Organised individuals with attention to detail and skilled at building rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner will thrive in this role.

Requirements
