Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.


You will play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional medical environment.


This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.


About The Role
  • Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
  • Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
  • Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
  • Finalise billing and other essential support tasks

Comprehensive Training Provided

To set you up for success, you'll take part in a five-week, full-time training program at our training centre. This structured program will equip you with the skills, systems knowledge, and confidence to excel in your new role.

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you
