Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with funded organisations to ensure program delivery aligns with grant agreements
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including not-for-profit organisations, governments, and research bodies
  • Gather intelligence on program delivery to inform policy development and program re-design
  • Provide training and support to new staff members
  • Supervise junior staff and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in administration, assessment, and compliance environments
  • Resilience and ability to handle tough conversations
  • Reliability and ability to work towards deadlines
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain or have Baseline security clearance
