Key Responsibilities- Engage with funded organisations to ensure program delivery aligns with grant agreements
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including not-for-profit organisations, governments, and research bodies
- Gather intelligence on program delivery to inform policy development and program re-design
- Provide training and support to new staff members
- Supervise junior staff and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous leadership experience in administration, assessment, and compliance environments
- Resilience and ability to handle tough conversations
- Reliability and ability to work towards deadlines
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain or have Baseline security clearance
