About Our Team

We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to support our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment of enquiry.

This role is ideal for someone with outstanding communication skills, a solutions-focused attitude, and an eye for detail.

You will be responsible for managing restaurant and group bookings, coordinating communications between front and back of house, and ensuring a smooth and professional booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant reservations in Quarters and group bookings using our reservation system.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guest enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide clear and accurate group reservation sheets for internal teams.
  • Liaise with FOH, BOH, and event teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain digital menus, communication tools, and booking platforms.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and provide proactive customer service.
  • Support restaurant operations during peak trading if required.

About You
  • Proven experience in a reservations, hospitality, admin, or customer service role.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using systems such as Now Book It, Bepoz, or similar (training provided). InDesign experience would be a plus.
  • A warm, guest-focused attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Experience with tour bookings, event support, or front-office admin is highly regarded.
