Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Learning Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, ensuring consistency and standardization of practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team
  • Organize training courses, programs, and events using logistical and systems expertise
  • Be the key stakeholder for assistance and queries
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including preparing and disseminating learning materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records
  2. Organize training courses, programs, and events, utilizing logistical and systems expertise to ensure seamless execution
  3. Be the primary point of contact for assistance and queries from stakeholders, providing timely and effective support
  4. Create valuable learning items and curriculums that meet the needs of learners and stakeholders
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Learning Management System, ensuring it is user-friendly and meets the needs of learners and stakeholders
  6. Enter training records into SAP SuccessFactors LMS to supply workable reports, analyzing data to inform future learning initiatives
  7. Design, develop, and maintain reports and data analysis to inform business decisions and drive improvement
  8. Work closely with other departments and global working groups to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  9. Develop and implement system upgrades and new features to enhance the learning experience
  10. Coordinate with external vendors regarding system maintenance and support to ensure seamless delivery
  11. Maintain McCain employee training records in the Learning Management system and other data management tools
  12. Provide regular and timely reporting to the Training Manager ANZ and plant leadership teams on learning metrics and trends
Requirements
  1. Strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  2. Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  3. Able to proactively review administrative processes and build efficiencies to improve productivity and reduce costs
  4. Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
  5. Able to work in an autonomous role without supervision, with the ability to make sound judgments and take initiative

  7. Minimum of 3 years administration or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices
