Sales Team Leadership Position

As a seasoned automotive sales leader, you will be responsible for leading a talented team across three thriving brands.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sales Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager in a retail dealership.
Responsibilities include leading and inspiring a team of Sales Consultants, coaching and mentoring through regular feedback and coaching sessions, embedding best-in-class processes, maintaining showroom standards, and consistently monitoring online presence and setting sales KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager in a retail dealership
- A strong understanding of sales process discipline and CRM utilisation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
