Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Chadstone. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing sales team.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive store environment that showcases the brand's merchandise and drives conversion. This includes:

  • Sales: Delivering outstanding sales performance by promoting products, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Customer Care & CRM: Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • People Management: Leading and developing a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing expertise across products, colors, categories, and seasonal collections to provide informed advice to customers.
