Sales Manager

Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including lead generation, sales process management, and relationship building with customers.
  • Develop and train new sales staff, providing guidance and support for their success.
  • Monitor sales performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed their needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in an automotive environment is essential; ideally, prior experience with Honda.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
