Key Roles in Early Careers

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating our Early Careers programs across Urbis & Cistri, contributing to the team's operational effectiveness, core projects, and exciting TA strategies to help shape an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Support the Student Internship program lead with the coordination of Early Careers activities as required.
  • Develop regular impactful Talent Acquisition analytics that provide insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including ATS vendor, recruitment agencies, and other important partnerships where required.
  • Support and elevate the integration of the Employer brand throughout the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
  • Craft impactful internal and external communications.
