Job Description

As a coordinator of early careers and talent acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping the foundation of our business. You will work closely with the head of talent and senior consultants to develop and implement strategies that drive innovation and excellence in our recruitment processes.

You will be responsible for coordinating early careers programs across Urbis & Cistri, managing relationships with external vendors, and crafting impactful internal and external communications. Additionally, you will support the student internship program lead and contribute to the team's operational effectiveness.

  • Support the development and implementation of early careers programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Craft compelling internal and external communications, showcasing the employer brand and highlighting career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the student internship program lead to coordinate activities and foster engagement initiatives with universities.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. You must possess a collaborative mindset, passion for purpose-led work, authenticity, confidence, and decisiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
