Job Title: Early Careers Development Specialist Coordinate the delivery of early careers programs, including apprenticeships and graduate development initiatives. Ensure all programs adhere to government legislation, training frameworks, and industry standards.About the Role:This role plays a pivotal part in nurturing young talent as they transition into the workforce and supporting the evolution and expansion of our early careers programs.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining these programs, building connections with internal and external organizations, and providing support to managers and employees.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate an organization-wide apprenticeships program.
  • Coordinate the organization-wide graduates program, including recruitment, onboarding, events, learning, and rotations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor and report on training activities, completion rates, and effectiveness.
About You:We are looking for someone with a strong background in developing and implementing learning solutions, with a stakeholder engagement and business partnership approach.You will demonstrate and possess:
  • Experience in delivering entry-level talent programs, including work apprenticeships and graduate programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of industry practices.
