
Early Careers Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Careers Program Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative programs to attract, select, and develop early career talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Melbourne early career function, from campus recruitment to graduate program completions. They will identify opportunities for improvement and lead continuous program enhancements to ensure a fulfilling and rewarding experience for our clerks and graduates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance clerkship programs and graduate experiences
- Leading university and student engagement strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years in a human resources advisory role, preferably in professional services or a related industry
- Degree-qualified and/or formal qualifications in human resource management or a business-related discipline
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Confident verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
