Beneath the surface of a thriving retirement living organisation lies an opportunity for an Office Manager to contribute their organisational prowess.
The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to senior executives by managing diaries, drafting PowerPoint presentations and handling correspondence.
They will oversee various responsibilities including:
- Executive Support: Provide administrative support to CEOs, managing schedules, drafting reports and handling communication.
- Office Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, managing stationery supplies and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Team Assistance: Coordinate team-building activities, social events and conferences to foster a positive work culture.
- Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks, including IT management, collateral preparation and supporting the marketing team.
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage diaries for social events, travel arrangements and other professional commitments.
- HR Support: Provide general HR administration support, collaborating closely with Group Finance Controllers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in drafting reports, letters and other business correspondence.
- Ability to coordinate social events, conferences and team-building activities.
- Familiarity with IT management and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
