Business Support Role

The Business Support Administrator will perform key accountabilities as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer, delivering business support across the Risk division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional executive assistant services to the CRO, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, correspondence management, diary organization, meetings, travel arrangements, and strategic deliverables.
  • Manage the CRO's correspondence, diary, meetings, forums, travel, expenses, and strategic deliverables.
  • Maintain efficient records management and document systems.
  • Perform administrative duties as requested by the CRO.
  • Provide business support to the Risk Division, including managing diaries and admin for Executive Directors, coordinating information flow, organizing meetings and forums, handling communications, overseeing equipment and supplies needs, maintaining records and compliance, and providing visibility on administrative deadlines.
  • SUPPORT strategic initiatives and events, including planning and delivery, cross-divisional/inter-agency planning meetings, and attending events to coordinate logistics and technology.

Contribute to broader business support across QTC by participating in a cross-functional team, ensuring collective visibility of workflow, key deliverables, timeframes, and capacity, and providing business support across all divisions as required.

Experience Required

  • 2+ years' previous experience in a similar business support role.
  • Previous experience in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven experience liaising with a wide range of people, including CEOs, Boards, VIPs, dignitaries, government, and private sector organisations.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft office, particularly Outlook and Word.
