A day in the life of a Restaurant Manager means you'll be leading and motivating 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with area managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
  • Empower team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.

What We Look For?
