About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader to join our fast-paced restaurant team. As an integral part of our management structure, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction and developing your skills in front-line management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Mentor and develop Team Members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have competent computer skills.
