As a seasoned restaurant professional, you will thrive in this dynamic role that drives excellence in all aspects of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain a clean and efficient workplace culture, and drive financial success.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management to manage employee performance, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, rostering, and addressing any employment issues or grievances.
  • Ensure that food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering stock from suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting office administration tasks such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and policy review.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in production areas, dining rooms, and general restaurant spaces.
  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are in place and employees are properly trained in Workplace Health and Safety.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in an assistant manager capacity.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
