Lead a premium food and beverage operation, focusing on exceptional guest experiences in our Italian and Japanese fine dining restaurants. This is an opportunity to drive daily operations, manage labour and stock control, and contribute to the success of a high-volume venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day operations of a fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage labour and stock control to optimise efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with Venue Manager and Supervisors to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive restaurant experience, including previous leadership roles in high-volume or fine dining environments
  • Natural ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
  • Ability to manage daily labour and stock control
  • Sound knowledge of efficient venue financials
