A Day in the Life

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with Area Managers to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance.

You will also be responsible for empowering team members' development through regular check-ins and performance reviews. Additionally, you will manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.

Our ideal candidate will have 6+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues. They will have proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing teams. Great communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry are essential for this role.
