Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Golf Course Maintenance Team Leader to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves overseeing the maintenance of our golf course to the highest standards. You will be responsible for implementing our Golf Course Management Plan, supervising staff, coordinating weekly work schedules, and managing irrigation systems.

Your leadership skills and experience in maintaining golf courses will enable you to drive innovation and excellence in local government. You will also have the opportunity to mentor team members and maintain strong relationships with contractors, residents, and visitors.

  • Lead the golf course maintenance team in maintaining the course to the highest industry standards.
  • Implement the Golf Course Management Plan and oversee daily maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise staff, coordinate weekly work schedules, and manage irrigation systems.
  • Contribute to long-term planning for turf quality and course presentation.
  • Mentor team members and maintain strong relationships with contractors, residents, and visitors.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Diploma in Sports Turf Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant hands-on experience maintaining golf courses, particularly in preparing and presenting high-quality bent grass putting greens.
