Infrastructure Project Manager Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead large-scale capital works projects across the state, working closely with government agencies.

The Infrastructure Project Management Role

  • Oversee project teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects within agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups effectively.
  • Provide expert advice on project planning, delivery, and evaluation to stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with consultants and project teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and address risks, variances, and challenges proactively.
  • Ensure seamless contract management, documentation, reporting, and benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, alongside strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in capital works project planning and delivery, including service or facility planning experience.
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Able to lead in dynamic environments, balancing competing priorities and risks while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
