We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects that drive safety, sustainability, and performance across various manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute capital projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Liaise with site-based engineers and contractors to ensure efficient implementation, commissioning, and handover of projects.
Support efficiency and sustainability initiatives, such as process heat recovery, energy reduction, and production line upgrades.
Provide leadership and expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and capital program execution.
This is a hands-on national role where you will make a significant impact on our operations.
About You
We are looking for a highly qualified Project Engineer with strong technical capability and commercial acumen who can deliver outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Engineering degree – Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronic (or similar considered).
Extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing settings with significant project/capital works delivery.
Strong project management skills, including governance and risk management.
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
SAP and AutoCAD knowledge – highly regarded.
