As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing capital projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will also drive project management governance, contractor management, and compliance with WHSE standards.

You will partner with site-based engineers and contractors to ensure efficient implementation, commissioning, and handover of projects. Additionally, you will support efficiency and sustainability projects such as process heat recovery, energy reduction, production line upgrades, and optimising that support World Class Manufacturing initiatives.

You will provide leadership and expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and capital program execution to continuously improve our capability to deliver the capital program.

This is a hands-on, national role where you will be instrumental in delivering projects that directly impact safety, sustainability, and performance.

About you

  • ">
  • You hold an Engineering degree – Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronic (or similar).">
  • You have extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing settings with significant project/capital works delivery.">
  • You possess strong project management skills (PMBoK or similar), including governance and risk management.">
  • You have experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.">
  • You have SAP and AutoCAD (3D) knowledge – highly regarded.">
  • You can travel and manage multi-site projects.">
