Job Title:
A seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets is required to join our organization in the role of Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales approaches and stay ahead of competitors.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel extensively, potentially up to 15% of working time, and work flexible hours to meet business needs.
