In this role, you will lead demand forecasting for all products in the portfolio by conducting monthly forecast reviews with Sales and Product teams.

You will collaborate with the aligned Supply Planner to deliver required inventory levels, ensuring Sales, Margin, Availability, and inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

This position is responsible for:

  • Leading the monthly demand forecasting review process.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to align with monthly Sales Latest Estimate (LE) forecasts.
  • Updating demand forecasts in Anaplan according to agreed monthly planning cycles.
  • Reviewing Demand Forecast Accuracy (DFA) monthly and building action plans for variances.
  • Working closely with Sales and Product teams to adjust Demand Forecasts.
  • Supporting the Demand Lead in the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process by completing detailed demand forecasts and accuracy reporting.
  • Assisting in scenario planning and risk management during Post Seasonal Reviews (PSRs), New Product Development (NPD) planning, and SLOB reviews.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within demand planning processes.
  • Ensuring forecast changes incorporate customer, market, and sales history data.
  • Providing detailed reporting for the S&OP review process.

We seek someone with experience in demand planning or related roles, strong analytical capabilities, and good commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or related planning roles.
  • A highly organized team player with established analytical capabilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting using current forecasting/planning systems.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Initiative in problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
