Toll Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst (Cyber Security) to protect our assets and ensure our cyber posture continually improves in the face of evolving threats. This critical role will require the successful candidate to:

  1. Assist in the delivery of cyber projects, ensuring they meet design, build, test, deployment, and operational standards.
  2. Proactively engage with various stakeholder groups to gather cyber requirements and support business activities.
  3. Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  4. Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, tools, and processes.
  5. Assist in risk assessments, security audits, and the formulation of security strategies.
  6. Work closely with IT teams, including technical architecture, infrastructure, operations management, and subject matter experts.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification and a program management or methodology certification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • A strong background in business analysis within cyber security, with experience working on complex, large-scale Cyber/IT projects.
  • Proven direct experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and security tools (SIEM, Endpoint Detection Response, firewalls, encryption, access control systems).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with techniques such as use case studies, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping, and detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
