On behalf of our client, Caguioa Enterprise Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Analyst Developer to join their dynamic team in Melbourne, Victoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for developing high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.

• Produce detailed requirements documentation and system plans that outline application design, workflows, and processes.

• Design, encode, and implement software applications, ensuring functionality aligns with user needs and business objectives.

• Develop, test, and debug code to ensure robust and efficient performance of programs and applications.

• Maintain and optimize existing systems, providing troubleshooting and technical support as needed.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for future reference.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and system compatibility.

Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Analyst Developer or similar role in software development.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and system analysis techniques.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages

• Experience with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document and explain technical information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A remuneration package is between $76,515 to $110,000 plus Superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
