About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cleaner to join our Residential Aged Care workforce in Jennings, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who values career development and wants to make a real difference in people's lives.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with good verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the residential aged care facilities to a high standard.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • A current Police Check (valid within the last 12 months) and NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card (willing to obtain).
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
