Nursing Professionals Sought for Residential Aged Care

We are seeking passionate nursing professionals to join our residential aged care workforce in Jennings, NSW. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential aged care and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for nurses to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional care outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
- Previous experience within residential aged care (essential).
- AHPRA registration or relevant certification (required).
- Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card (must be willing to obtain).
- Valid work rights and reliable access to transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at AU$60,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
