Sydney Equity Market Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Equity Capital Markets team in Sydney.
About the Role:The selected candidate will work closely with the Advisory and coverage teams to advise clients on equity capital formation, originating, structuring, executing, and syndicating equity financings such as initial public offerings, follow-on capital raisings, block trades, convertibles, and other equity-linked financings.
Main Responsibilities:- Originate, structure, and execute equity capital market transactions
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research and trading analysis
- Develop and prepare presentation materials for clients
- Liaise with internal and external parties to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 1-4 years' relevant experience within ECM, corporate advisory, markets, or a related area
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong academic record from a leading university
- Strong corporate finance, analytical, business communications skills, with exceptional multi-tasking and time management ability
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
- Self-directed, highly motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with attention to detail and personal integrity
- Commercially savvy with discretion when handling confidential/sensitive information
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets and transaction processes
