About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating, leading and executing equity capital market transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and execute equity capital market transactions">
- Develop content for client meetings and regular market updates">
- Liaise with internal and external parties to execute transactions">
- Assist in coordinating live equity offerings">
- Complete and review analytical work of junior team members">
- Identify and target potential institutional buyers">
- Manage mission-critical equity financings">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' relevant experience within ECM, Capital Markets or related areas. You should have strong multi-tasking and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of people.
