Lead Resourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to drive the successful delivery of recruitment solutions. This exciting opportunity is based in Perth, Australia and involves leading project recruitment teams, establishing key stakeholder relationships and providing strategic recruitment advice to drive business outcomes.

As a respected industry leader, you will have expertise in directing recruitment campaigns, building and maintaining talent pools and proactively sourcing top talent. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively influence a wide range of audiences.

  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships to build understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce plans
  • Provide strategic recruitment advice and sourcing strategies to key project and functional stakeholders
  • Lead, coach and mentor Recruitment Specialists within the team
  • Proactively build and maintain Talent pipelines in line with forecasted requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in fast-paced and high-volume blue-collar and white-collar recruitment environments
  • Expertise in directing recruitment campaigns and building/maintaining talent pools
  • Proactive sourcing and talent management experience with a technical recruitment background
  • Working knowledge of industrial construction trade positions, including trade qualifications requirements
