Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
This includes partnering with hiring managers, forecasting and fulfilling workforce needs, managing 360 recruitment for white-collar construction roles, and proactively sourcing top talent.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to source and engage with top candidates for engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, and planning roles.
- Develop and maintain a proactive approach to building talent pipelines, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for current and future project requirements.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive results-oriented recruitment initiatives and contribute to our company's success.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in 360 recruitment, strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills, familiarity with large-scale project delivery, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
