
Business Relationship Specialist

The role of the Business Relationship Specialist is pivotal in driving sales and marketing efforts for our training courses to Employment Services providers.
This full-time position involves cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying and securing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish MCI Achieve as the preferred provider of training courses.
- Accountable for the retention and growth of MCI's customer base.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
- Participating in team activities to support continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Liaising with senior leaders through regular reports and meetings to share portfolio knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Account Management, Business Development or Relationship Management roles.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the Employment Services Industry.
- Travel will be an integral part of the role.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite programs.
- A background in the training industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
