About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Office. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the overflow of tasks throughout the accounts department, particularly in banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply and maintain accurate records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Escalate or refer any unresolved actions to your manager in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy in all documentation, including spreadsheets, appointments, and bookings as required
  • Process data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Respond to emails effectively and in a timely manner
  • Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
  • Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects
  • Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
