About the Role

SAGE Automation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, building relationships with clients, and developing winning themes to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all industries.
  • Client Relationship Building: Engage with potential and existing clients to develop long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and communicate the benefits and value of our industrial automation solutions to clients.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the strategic development of our business and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in an automation systems and process environment.
  • Education: An engineering degree or other relevant qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, commercially astute, and able to build rapport with clients.
