About the Organisation and Role:

Framework Search & Select is a respected non-profit NDIS service provider dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages while championing diversity, equality, and inclusion. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a small group of junior clinicians, guiding their growth through supervision, training, and leadership, while also managing a paediatric caseload with a focus on early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, non-verbal communication, speech and language development, literacy, fluency, neurodiversity, and sensory processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a paediatric caseload with a focus on early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, non-verbal communication, speech and language development, literacy, fluency, neurodiversity, and sensory processing
  • Oversee a small team of junior clinicians, guiding their growth through supervision, training, and leadership
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children with disabilities

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA registration
  • WWCC and NDIS clearance
  • National Police Clearance
  • A passion for empowering the lives of children with disability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Current and clean full driver's license
