Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at Yooralla, Victoria's most established disability service provider.

About the Role

This rewarding opportunity will see you working closely with children and young people with disabilities, providing evidence-based speech pathology services to support their goals and aspirations. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to deliver best-practice therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualised speech pathology services to children with disabilities in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and share expertise.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model.
