Children's Speech Pathology Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Children's Speech Pathology Team Lead to join our team. As a senior clinician, you will oversee a small team of junior clinicians, guiding their growth through supervision, training, and leadership.
You will also manage a paediatric caseload with a focus on early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, non-verbal communication, speech and language development, literacy, fluency, neurodiversity, and sensory processing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of junior clinicians
- Develop and implement effective clinical strategies
- Manage a paediatric caseload with a focus on early intervention and special needs
- Provide supervision, training, and guidance to junior clinicians
- Qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA registration
- WWCC and NDIS clearance
- National Police Clearance
- A passion for empowering the lives of children with disability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current and clean full drivers license
- Generous salary package starting at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
