Lead Change Management Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced change management professional who can assist project teams in planning, executing, and reviewing initiatives. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the organisation's change management framework to assist project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives transition smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes.
Requirements
  • Aged Care or Not For Profit experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with assessing change impact and developing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
