Job Title: Transformation Lead

This role involves leading the implementation of organisational change initiatives to ensure seamless execution and effective adoption. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools to drive business transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply expert knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices to support project teams
  • Analyse stakeholder needs, assess change impact, and evaluate organisational readiness for change
  • Develop tailored communication strategies, training plans, and supporting artefacts to facilitate change adoption
  • Monitor progress and report on change activities to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care or Not For Profit sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
