Export Sea Operations Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Export Sea Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in coordinating the receipt and preparation of containers. As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transportation from origin to destination while providing top-notch customer service.

  • Create bookings and coordinate cartage efficiently
  • Arrange consolidation of FCL/FAK/FCX/LCL and break-bulk shipments effectively
  • Manage export customs reporting with accuracy
  • Issue correct documentation to customers and agents promptly
  • Handle hazardous, customs & AQIS arrangements carefully
  • Conduct job costing, invoicing & EOM closures with precision
  • Provide quotations & deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage job files with set time criteria each month
  • Resolve disputes on Invoices or Credit Notes with overseas offices/agents professionally
  • Optimize costs and revenue on all files
  • Approve Vendor and Agent Invoices accurately
  • Verify Invoices against Quotes/Tariffs thoroughly
  • Review Profit and Loss of each HBL comprehensively
